Kanban-style boards with role templates. New hires track their own progress through a secure link.

Exit Interviews

Async video prompts for departing employees. Reviewer notes stay private; leadership gets a clean summary.

Reviewer Access

Share a link with teammates so they can watch and annotate responses — no login required.

No AI Scoring

No candidate accounts. Just real people answering real questions.


A Bit About Me:

My name is Ben Burge. I'm building this because I want to create something lasting for my kids and their future.

I've created a corporation to help sustain the effort — but my dream isn't corporate expansion. It's a legacy to pass down to the kids, and their kids. A foundation for their future. That's the dream.


The Vision:

We want to create an exceptional solution to help manage the hiring flow from end-to-end. The technology is ready — the big companies have just overlooked smaller teams.

So our goal is a solution that covers everything from the first async interview all the way to the exit interview. One honest platform, built for people, not enterprise budgets.


No Surprises on Pricing:

So you know what you're walking into — our standard pricing is $799/year plus $1 per candidate response. That's it. No per-seat fees, no hidden tiers.

As a thank-you for being an early partner, we're offering $99/year to start. But honestly? That's not the point right now. The point is getting you set up, seeing how it fits your team, and collecting real feedback. When we're both happy, we'll work out the rest.
