Your next hire shouldn't require a calendar.

I built BafGo to give small teams the same structured interview process big companies use — without the complexity or the price tag.

Ben Burge, founder of BafGo

My name is Ben Burge. I've spent the last few years watching small teams lose good candidates to slow, disorganized hiring — phone tag, scheduling conflicts, no way to loop in a second opinion without setting up another meeting.

BafGo fixes that. Candidates record video answers on their own time. You watch when it suits you, share with your team in one click, and only get on a call with the people worth your time.

I'm looking for a small group of early partners to run real hiring with it and tell me what's working. I'd rather build this alongside actual teams than guess from a distance.

What You Get
One-off guest links

No account needed. Create a set, send a link, and start collecting video answers in minutes.

A full free account

Unlimited questions, answers up to 10 minutes, and a dashboard to manage every set — no credit card.

Team review, no logins

Invite reviewers by link. They watch and leave private or shared notes without needing an account.

Private by default

Responses are stored securely and removed after you close the set.

No AI Scoring

No algorithmic rankings. You watch the responses and decide — the way it should be.

What It Costs

Right now, BafGo is free — no credit card, no invoice. I'm keeping it that way while we're early and still finding our footing.

I'm building a Pro plan for teams that interview at scale. Pricing isn't set yet — if you're interested, use the form below and you'll help shape it (and get early-partner terms when it launches).

What I need from you in return: honest feedback. What's confusing, what's missing, what made the difference. That's the deal.

Fill out the form and I'll reach out personally — usually within a day.

I'll get you set up, walk you through your first interview set, and check in after your first round of candidates. No sales call, no demo script.

Thanks for reading — I hope to hear from you,
