Terms of Service
By creating an account or using BafGo Interviews, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. The Service
BafGo Interviews is an async video screening platform for hiring teams. We provide tools to create interview question sets, collect recorded candidate responses, and share them with reviewers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to create a recruiter account.
3. Recruiter Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others; use reviewer links to grant team access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Candidate Data
- You are the data controller for candidate video responses collected through your interview sets.
- You must inform candidates that their responses will be recorded and reviewed by your team.
- You must not use the platform to collect responses from candidates under 18 years of age.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use BafGo Interviews to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully process data about candidates. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other accounts, or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Fair Use and Resource Limits
BafGo Interviews is a shared platform. You agree to use it in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a hiring tool. The following are prohibited:
- Automated or scripted submission of candidate responses, interview sets, or API requests at volumes inconsistent with genuine recruiting activity.
- Creating an excessive number of interview sets, reviewer links, or candidate invitations for non-hiring purposes.
- Storing, uploading, or transmitting video content that is not genuine interview response material.
- Any use designed to consume disproportionate storage, bandwidth, or compute resources.
For platform protection and service reliability, we reserve the right to impose technical controls at the account, campaign, or request level. These controls may include response-rate limits, temporary pause of new submissions to a campaign, per-campaign response caps, upload throttling, storage restrictions, and API throttling.
Example: if a single campaign receives unusually high response volume (including hundreds or thousands of videos) in a pattern we reasonably believe threatens platform stability, is abusive, or is inconsistent with normal hiring use, we may immediately limit or suspend additional submissions to that campaign and require you to move to a paid plan or dedicated infrastructure before resuming intake.
We may take these actions with or without prior notice when necessary to protect the service. Where feasible, we will notify you and provide a path to restore normal operation.
Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.
7. Subscription and Payment
The Free plan includes 1 active campaign at a time. To run more than 1 active campaign at once, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
If your usage exceeds Free plan allowances or requires higher resource allocation, we may require plan upgrade before allowing additional campaigns or new submissions. Existing data remains subject to normal retention and deletion policies.
To restore full access, subscribe at any time from your account billing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
8. Data Deletion
Interview responses are automatically deleted 30 days after an interview set is closed. You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
BafGo Interviews is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for hiring decisions made using the platform, data loss caused by misconfigured storage, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
