Terms of Service
By creating an account or using any BafGo service — Interview, VeriLogo, or AI Patrol Engine — you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. Services Overview
Interview is an async video screening platform for hiring teams. We provide tools to create interview question sets, collect recorded candidate responses, and share them with reviewers.
VeriLogo is a verification badge service. Merchants create badges that customers can scan to confirm product authenticity. We provide badge generation, hosting, and validation endpoints.
AI Patrol Engine is a prompt safety analysis API. Subscribers send prompts for analysis and receive safety scores, risk levels, and detection flags. The service is a pre-LLM firewall and does not process or generate completions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to create an account on any BafGo service.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You must not share your account credentials. Use team-based access controls where available.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API calls made with your keys.
- API keys for AI Patrol Engine should be treated as secrets. Rotate them regularly and revoke compromised keys immediately.
4. Interview — Candidate Data
- You are the data controller for candidate video responses collected through your interview sets.
- You must inform candidates that their responses will be recorded and reviewed by your team.
- You must not use the platform to collect responses from candidates under 18 years of age.
5. VeriLogo — Badge Use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of verification claims associated with your badges.
- Badges must not be used to misrepresent relationships, certifications, or product authenticity.
- We reserve the right to revoke badges that are used deceptively or in violation of these terms.
6. AI Patrol Engine — API Use
- AI Patrol Engine is a safety analysis tool. It is not a substitute for human review of critical content decisions.
- You may not use the API to analyse prompts that contain personal health information, financial account numbers, or government identifiers unless you have appropriate legal basis and have executed a business associate agreement with BafGo.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the detection patterns, probe for edge cases with the intent of circumventing safety filters, or use the service to train competing models.
- Rate limits apply per plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
- Overage charges apply based on your plan's overage rate for checks exceeding the included monthly volume. Overage is billed at the end of each billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use any BafGo service to harass, discriminate, or unlawfully process data. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other accounts, or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Fair Use and Resource Limits
BafGo services are shared platforms. The following are prohibited across all services:
- Automated or scripted usage at volumes inconsistent with the service's intended purpose.
- Any use designed to consume disproportionate storage, bandwidth, or compute resources.
- Storing or transmitting content that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to impose technical controls at the account or request level, including rate limiting, temporary suspension, or requiring migration to a dedicated plan.
9. Subscription and Payment
Interview: $3 per completed candidate response with no annual fee, or Standard at $499/year plus $1 per response.
AI Patrol Engine: Annual plans with usage-based overage billing. See pricing page for current rates. Overage is invoiced after each billing period.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Unpaid overage may result in service suspension.
10. Data Deletion
Interview responses are automatically deleted 30 days after an interview set is closed. AI Patrol Engine usage logs are retained for the active billing period plus 90 days, after which only anonymous aggregates remain. You may request full account deletion at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
All BafGo services are provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for decisions made using analysis results, data loss caused by misconfigured accounts, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. AI Patrol Engine provides safety scores and flags — it does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
