Yes. Every plan includes unlimited reviewers. Send them a reviewer link — they can watch responses and leave notes without needing a BafGo account. No extra seats, no extra cost.
Closing a set starts a 30-day expiry window (90 days on Standard). You can reopen any time before expiry. After expiry, videos are permanently deleted — we’re not storing candidate recordings indefinitely.
No. We intentionally don’t score or rank candidates algorithmically. You watch the videos. You decide. You know your culture better than any model does.
Yes. No annual commitment on monthly plans. Cancel from your account settings and you’ll retain access until the end of the billing period. The free HR tools stay available regardless.
